Jemma is a London based chef with over 11 years experience working in hospitality. Through her brand Kaunter, she creates seasonal menus, intimate dinners and immersive food experiences rooted in storytelling, atmosphere & thoughtful hospitality.

Alongside residencies, pop-ups and private dining, she works closely with brands and clients to build tailored events — from menu development to table styling and large scale concepts including film & TV sets. Her work is shaped by seasonality, storytelling and collaboration, bringing people together.
